Join BNZ’s Digital Adoption and Performance team as a Digital Performance Analyst and help shape the future of digital banking through data-driven insights and strategic impact.
The Digital Channels team is a small, effective team that operates at the intersection of business, technology, and support functions, enabling collaboration and alignment across the bank. The team have deep knowledge of BNZs channels and services, and operate with a relaxed hierarchy and an open communication style.

What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
Partner with Data & Analytics and Technology teams to scope data requirements for dashboards and reporting tools, that provide clear visibility into BNZ’s digital channels (web, app, www, and self-service) performance.
Support the Digital Channels team by delivering performance insights packs that inform strategic and operational decisions.
Use Digital Channel information from the digital reporting capabilities to analyse and uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations that support business outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver Digital Channel analytical thinking that supports digital transformation initiatives and drive operational and customer outcomes.
Champion the voice of the customer in digital transformation initiatives by harnessing insights from customer data, research, and feedback.
What is the impact of your role?
You’ll play a key role in measuring the performance of BNZ’s digital channels. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that inform decision-making and improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and digital engagement.

What skills and experience are required for this role?
This is an opportunity for someone with proven experience in performance analysis, business analysis, or digital reporting within a complex organisational environment (3+ years).
You will bring a solid understanding of digital channels (web, app, self-service) and customer engagement metrics. You will also have the ability to translate data sets into commercially pragmatic insights and actionable recommendations.
What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?
The role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. You will also have experience working across cross-functional teams including technology, data, and business units.
Experience in banking or financial services and exposure to digital transformation initiatives or agile delivery environments would be beneficial.
