We are hiring for a Facility HR Head to serve as a strategic partner to senior site leadership, this is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for shaping and executing people strategies that enable business performance across a large‑scale manufacturing facility spanning manufacturing, operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and all site‑based functional support teams.
This role aligns HR strategies with business objectives, advises leaders on performance management, compensation and benefits, and leverages workforce data to inform people decisions, leading the onsite HR team and collaborating closely with functional HR. The role offers the opportunity to influence business outcomes at scale, act as a trusted advisor to the business while driving effective change management to support organizational transformation and a high‑performance culture, in a complex and fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
• Partnering with senior management as a strategic advisor helping identify and prioritize HR initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
• Acting as a trusted advisor providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits, etc.
• Analyzing HR data to identify trends and opportunities and develop a data-driven recommendations for people decisions.
• Leading team of HR leaders to collaborate effectively with HR Centers of Excellence and serve as thought leaders to the business and HR.
• Developing and implementing change management to facilitate organizational transformation.
