About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Finance Executive who is detail-oriented, analytical, and disciplined, with strong financial acumen and a collaborative mindset to support the Company’s financial operations and strategic goals
Assigned responsibility for managing day-to-day accounting operations, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable, monthly financial closing, and balance sheet reconciliation. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial records and supports compliance with statutory and internal reporting requirements.
Here’s what a typical day will look like:
- Handle full set of accounts (accounts payable, accounts receivables, general ledger, month-end closing and financial reporting).
- Perform reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Manage fixed assets and balance sheet schedule.
- Assist in tax-related matters such as SST/GST, withholding tax, and corporate tax filings.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent, banker, company secretary etc.
About You
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance requirements. If you are proactive, disciplined, and take pride in delivering accurate and timely finance work, we would love to hear from you.
To be successful you will need to bring along:
- Degree in Accountancy with minimum 5 years working experience preferably in audit or IT service industry.
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications such as pivot table.
- Able to work independently.
- Experience using Workday system will be an added advantage
- Have good command in English.
