WIN Waste Innovations is looking for an HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team. As a partner to the Regional HR Manager and Operations managers, this role will provide advice and counsel in the areas of employee relations, labor relations, performance management, change management and talent management. The HRBP will be a key player in driving business and people initiatives. The ideal candidate is an innovator that can excel in a fast paced, fast-growing organization and is comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day HR initiatives: employee relations, labor relations, HR policies and programs and incident management
- Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues. Recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Provides guidance and input on organizational design, role design, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Works with managers and HR centers of excellence to create and drive talent initiatives, process improvement and project implementation
- Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of human resources generalist experience with the ability to influence business partners
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to act with a high degree of integrity, professionalism and maintain confidentiality
- Can build strong relationships and partner with employees and leaders at all levels
- Strong employee relations and customer service skills
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- This role is not remote and will require travel to our locations in the established geography
