Your Role 

We are looking for a candidate for the position of HR Administration Specialist, who will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations within our Shared Services Center structure.

Responsibilities 

  • Provide comprehensive HR administrative support, including preparation of employment documentation, maintenance of accurate employee and compensation data in HRIS systems, and validation of payroll input data

  • Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.

  • Coordinate hiring and onboarding processes and provide recruitment support in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team when needed.

  • Support Talent Management and employee development initiatives, including planning and overseeing employee training programs

  • Support and coordinate employee engagement and well-being activities.

    Your Profile 

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role, with strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, Labor Law, and experience supporting Recruitment & Onboarding.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; proactive mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

    • High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

    • Excellent communication skills; dynamic, proactive, and initiative-driven approach.

    • Solid experience with MS Office; familiarity with HRMS systems (ideally Workday).

    • Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
