eshOS is rewriting the financial institutions operating playbook. We are building from scratch an end-to-end SaaS platform, providing a full suite of products and services, designed to create an autonomous environment for operating financial institutions. 

Our technology enables agility, consolidates data, and automates operations to a degree previously thought impossible. 

After a successful launch in Israel, we are now expanding to the U.S. with a clear goal of creating a world of fully autonomous financial institutions operations.

Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted partner to managers across the organization. You will translate business needs into practical people solutions, support organizational changes, and help build high-performing, healthy teams as the company continues to scale and evolve.

This role is highly collaborative, data-driven, and hands-on, combining strategic thinking with day-to-day HR partnership and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with managers across all business units, deeply understanding the teams, the business, and what drives success, and turning those insights into practical people solutions
  • Act as a hands-on HR partner for managers and employees, supporting day-to-day people topics such as performance, development, and employee relations
  • Coach managers on people leadership, feedback, and building strong, high-performing teams as the company grows
  • Lead core people processes including talent reviews, succession planning, and performance cycles, helping managers navigate them with confidence
  • Support teams through growth and change, from scaling and restructures to team health and engagement initiatives
  • Use people data and insights to identify trends, flag risks, and support informed decision-making
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, supporting hiring efforts when needed and participating in HR interviews
  • Contribute to employee experience initiatives and people projects as business needs evolve

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, including hands-on experience as an HR Business Partner in a tech, fast-growing environment
  • Proven ability to partner closely with managers across multiple functions in dynamic, scaling organizations
  • Strong experience across core people domains, including performance management, talent development, and employee relations
  • Experience coaching managers and supporting the development of a strong feedback culture
  • Experience supporting recruitment processes
  • Data-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to navigate complex and sensitive situations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A can-do attitude, positive and upbeat, energized 
  • Exceptional written and spoken English
  • Experience in a global companies - a major advantage
  • Experience in fintech, or technology-driven companies - an advantage
  • Experience with HR systems and people analytics tools such as HiBob - an advantage
