
About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Accountant to join our team in Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
