
About this role
We are looking for a strategic Product Design Lead to orchestrate our digital product experience
across five international markets. You will own the UX logic and quality of our Web and App
products, bridging the gap between Design and Technology while mentoring a distributed design
team. This role requires a unique blend of "logic and diplomacy." You will use exceptional
communication skills to align diverse stakeholders and drive strategy, while utilizing A/B testing
and user research to ensure every design decision is grounded in data. You will be responsible for
ensuring local market executions roll up into a unified, high-performing global platform
Responsibilities:
Strategic Product Leadership: Lead end-to-end product design initiatives from concept to
delivery, taking full ownership of UX logic, information architecture, and complex user flows to
ensure robust and intuitive product experiences.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the strategic bridge between Group strategy and the 5
international market teams (5C). Use exceptional communication and diplomatic skills to navigate
conflicting priorities, manage challenging conversations, and drive consensus without
compromising the product vision.
Technical Collaboration: Close partnership with the Technology team to ensure technical
feasibility and implementation accuracy. Ensure design logic is sound before development begins
and that the final build matches the design intent.
Data-Driven Optimization: Champion an insight-led culture by driving A/B testing and user
research initiatives. Use behavioral data and research findings to validate logic, optimize
conversion rates and justify design decisions.
Quality Assurance & Mentorship: Define and maintain high standards for design craft and logic.
Provide direction and mentorship to distributed designers, conducting design reviews and critique
to ensure consistency and quality across all markets.
Skills:
Significant proven experience in Product and UX/UI Design across Web and App, and some level if experience in a Lead or Senior capacity guiding complex digital products.
Exceptional Communication & Diplomacy: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations, manage conflicting stakeholder priorities, and build consensus across diverse international teams without losing strategic focus
Strategic & Logical Thinking: A portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in Information Architecture (IA), complex user flows, and system logic.
Data-Driven Mindset: Proven experience planning and executing A/B tests and utilizing user research (qualitative and quantitative) to validate hypotheses and drive conversion improvements.
Technical Literacy: Strong ability to collaborate with engineering teams. You understand technical constraints, feasibility, and development processes, ensuring your designs are viable and robust.
Design Systems: Experience building, contributing to, or governing a mature Design System.
Leadership & Mentorship: Experience mentoring both mid-level and junior designers, providing constructive feedback on craft and logic, and elevating team standards.
Tool Proficiency: Mastery of Figma, AI tools, and familiarity with collaboration tools (Miro, Jira, Confluence).
Industry Background: Previous experience in Telecommunications, Fintech, or subscription-based services. International Experience: Experience working within a global matrix organization or managing design output across multiple cultural contexts.
Frontend Knowledge: A working understanding of HTML/CSS/React
