Job Purpose:

To partner with business and effectively implement various HR interventions for ensuring high employee engagement level and business continuity. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management

  • Educate all employees on the prevailing Performance Management System (BSC) and on e-compass and regular process changes .
  • Lead the data validation process and ensure 100% compliance in terms of ratings being uploaded in the system .
  • Drive and track closure of PMS (half-yearly and annual process) for the Rest of Marketing function. This includes completion of Performance Contract, Mid-Year-Review, and Annual Appraisal Process. Drive 100% Compliance .
  • Facilitate in closing Increment, Salary correction, and Promotion recommendation cases for the annual year .
  • Implement the entire promotion process right from validating eligible employees for promotion, scheduling the interviews to preparation of Individual Development Plan, and identifying TNI .
  • Improve the effectiveness of strategy execution through the Performance Management system .
  • Identify, execute, and close Performance Improvement Plans .

2. Talent Management

  • Identify talent using tools like one-on-one discussions, PMS, 3X3 matrix, etc .
  • Develop leadership capabilities and pipeline for Succession planning with COE (IDP+ Assessment center) .
  • Execute agreed interventions for identified talent pools .

3. Engagement Surveys

  • Validate the employee base & reporting structure for employee engagement for the marketing team .
  • Drive & monitor the action plans identified for employment engagement for Marketing .

4. Special Projects

  • Work closely with Head- HR Marketing on various special projects .

5. Assessment Development Centre

  • Conduct ADC as per business needs and identify the internal pool for DDM/ HO roles .

6. Rewards & Recognition

  • Design RNR Program for the entire Marketing function .
  • Facilitate & implement RNR on a quarterly basis .
  • Implement and drive a culture of employee recognition through available recognition channels (GEM) .

 7. Employee Engagement Initiatives

  • Design & implement employee engagement initiatives by connecting with Business Leaders and employees .
  • Increase value through Employee Connect and Track, Monitor Employee Connect Initiatives .
  • Prepare an annual calendar for Employee connect initiatives and implement the same .
  • Adhere to the Central Employee Connect Calendar .
  • Monitor the progress of the Initiatives through Monthly Tracker .
  • Popularize these initiatives .

Knowledge:

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation with MBA-HR/PMIR/PGDM-HR

Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience:  

  • Relevant Experience:  7-10 years 
  • Total Experience: 10-12 years 

Skills:

  • Knowledge of various HR Processes 
  • Well Versed with Excel and Power Point 
  • Stakeholder Management
