Job Purpose:
Responsible & accountable for full P&L of Parodontax. Deliver growth and share target of above portfolio as per Annual Plan. Drive portfolio innovations in close collaboration with BU OH team and Project Manager NPI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize and execute annual brand plans based on Global strategy. Collaborate strongly with Expert marketing and ComEx stakeholders in developing and executing brand plans
Strategize, plan and ensure timely execution of in-market new product launches working closely with BU Marketing Team, Sales Team, ComEx Team, Expert Team, Quality Supply chain.
Activate/deploy winning claims working closely with Area, Regulatory, Medical and Activation Teams.
Lead portfolio innovation strategy with BU OH team.
Responsible and accountable for building category defining brands/plans by achieving market share targets
Identify appropriate investment mix between advertising and promotion efforts in collaboration with Area/Category Teams and LOC Cross-Functional Team (Sales, Trade Marketing and Expert Teams).
Plan, manage and deploy Working Media to optimize return on investment on TV Airing, Radio Airing, Print, Digital Marketing and Public Relations.
Deliver Winning Digital campaigns by leading creative partners and leveraging local consumers insights.
Build strong agency partnerships to help deliver world class brand activation plans across consumer, shopper and expert front (BTL Agency, Media Agency, Creative, Research, PR & Digital).
Ensure the Brand Heart is brought to life and consistently utilized across all touch points to develop long term brand equity.
Work with Insights team at Global/ BU level to identify key consumer and shopper trends and incorporate them in local brand plans.
Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing Team to define winning trade strategy for respective brands.
Develop External Focus by conducting regular market, consumer home and HCP visits.
Partner with Supply Chain, Demand Forecasting, CMO and Finance Teams to optimize gross margins and COGS (NRM).
Take complete ownership and deliver brand P&Ls targets for assigned brands with support from Finance Team
Skills & Competencies:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree
2-3 years of brand marketing or commercial management experience
Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications delivering brand share growth
Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Experience in large Over-the-Counter (OTC) environment preferred
