THE OPPORTUNITY:
As a Senior Recruiter at Fanatics Commerce, you will serve as a trusted talent advisor, driving strategic recruiting initiatives that shape the future of our organization. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers across a variety of functions to deliver top-tier talent in a fast-paced, global environment. This role goes beyond filling positions—it’s about influencing hiring strategies, building diverse pipelines, and elevating the candidate experience at scale.
how you will make an impact:
Strategic Talent Partnering
- Act as a consultative partner to business leaders, providing market insights, talent strategies, and workforce planning recommendations.
- Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and competitive intelligence.
Full-Cycle Recruiting Leadership
- Own end-to-end recruitment for critical roles across the Organization, including sourcing, assessment, and offer negotiation.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and niche talent globally.
Candidate Experience Excellence
- Deliver a high-touch, personalized experience for candidates, ensuring every interaction reflects the Fanatics brand.
- Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with senior executives, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to align talent priorities.
- Engage with Compensation, HR Business Partners, Benefits, and related stakeholders at key stages of the hiring lifecycle to inform decisions, align strategy, and drive successful outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on recruiting progress, challenges, and market trends.
Talent Insights and Recruiting Strategy
- Identify and analyze key talent, pipeline, and KPI data to uncover trends and actionable insights, translating metrics into clear, compelling narratives that guide hiring managers and influence strategic recruiting decisions.
- Leverage data‑backed storytelling to align hiring teams, shape sourcing and selection strategies, and continuously improve recruiting processes in support of evolving business needs.
- Use technology and analytics to streamline recruiting workflows, measure performance across the hiring process, and drive greater efficiency.
what you bring to the team:
- 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a multi-branded and/or vertical retail Company.
- Proven ability to manage complex searches and influence senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and competitive market analysis.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems).
- A passion for building world-class teams and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
