As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales for tractor loans and retail operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring a seamless loan application process. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our TFE business, helping us achieve our growth objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for tractor loans and retail operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including farmers, tractor dealers, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and events to boost sales.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient loan application process, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to make informed sales decisions.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and bank policies while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Represent the bank professionally at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Knowledge of the agricultural sector, tractor industry, and loan processes is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales portfolio.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
