- Conduct research, analysis, and regular updates on global market trends—including alternative investments such as private equity, hedge funds, private credit, and real assets—for advisors and clients.
- Prepare, review, and enhance investment materials (presentations, sales decks, product notes), ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Provide product support and investment expertise in joint client meetings with advisors, helping address queries and explain sophisticated fund structures.
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert for alternative fund solutions, supporting due diligence and facilitating advisor training and market education initiatives.
- Assist with product subscriptions, and transaction processes related to investment products, maintaining the highest standards of procedural and compliance checks.
- Collect and relay client/advisor feedback to the product and research teams for ongoing enhancement of platform offerings.
- Experience in handling High Net Worth (HNW) clients is a strong advantage, including understanding their complex financial needs, delivering personalized advisory, and managing high-touch relationships with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English, Cantonese, Mandarin preferred).
- Proficient in Bloomberg, PowerPoint, Excel, and other major financial/office software suites.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task under pressure; confident in a client-facing, dynamic team environment.
- Bachelor / Master's Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in banking, insurance and/or financial services
- Wealth Management qualifications would be beneficial.
