Brief Description:
The Senior Manager, Finance will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing the financial unit. Responsible for mentoring direct reports, developing financial procedures and directives to ensure acceptable and sound fiscal planning and control.
Detailed Description:
Plan and establish policies, procedures and directives to support the daily operation of the financial unit.
Develop and monitors the execution of the financial program. Maintain an operating procedures manual.
Monitor, maintain and review financial records. Review and monitor contract program objectives and the effective utilization of contract funds. Recommend changes in financial resource allocations.
Develop, maintain, and monitor a computerized financial reporting and accounting system. Direct the preparation of computer generated reports and other financial documentation.
Assist in the preparation of departmental or contract budgets. Develop expense projections on the basis of prior budgets and expenditures.
Keep Directors and Managers informed about financial conditions within their areas.
Responsible for meeting financial reporting requirements of all government contracts.
Perform administrative supervisory tasks including evaluating employee performance, preparing formal salary reviews, hiring and terminating employees, approving leave requests and solving minor employee grievances.
Performs other duties as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (Required).
5-10 years in Related Finance/Business experience, with O&G Experience preferred.
