As a Data Analyst at Clario, you will play a key role in advancing the integrity, quality, and impact of clinical trial data in the eCOA space. What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering complex data projects from ideation through requirements, extraction, analysis, and final reporting.
Translating client and business needs into clear technical requirements that guide data exploration, hypothesis testing, dashboarding, and analytical solution design.
Writing clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code aligned with best practices.
Querying large databases and data lakes to identify trends, generate insights, and support internal analytics and client‑facing eCOA data‑quality monitoring solutions.
Performing advanced statistical analyses and developing professional visualizations for scientific, business, and client audiences, including opportunities to present at industry conferences.
Supporting and leading client‑facing demonstrations of analytics solutions and services.
Maintaining and enhancing advanced analytics solutions for eCOA data monitoring.
Conducting data investigations to strengthen eCOA data quality and integrity.
Contributing to the development of data governance policies and procedures.
Facilitating workshops and training sessions to promote data literacy across the organization.
What We Look For
Master’s degree in health informatics, statistics, epidemiology, data science, life sciences, or related field.
5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role.
Proficiency in SQL, R, and/or Python, with experience in interactive computing environments (e.g., Jupyter Notebooks).
Expertise with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and visualization libraries (e.g., ggplot2).
Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres).
Strong understanding of database structures and data‑modeling principles.
Ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear technical requirements and extract insights from multiple data sources.
Experience applying statistical methodologies, hypothesis testing, and predictive analytics.
Proven ability to create compelling visualizations and data‑storytelling content.
Excellent communication skills, including clear and polished PowerPoint presentations.
Solid understanding of project‑management best practices and tools.
Knowledge of clinical‑trial data standards, risk‑based data monitoring, and data‑management best practices.
Experience analyzing and interpreting clinical‑trial or healthcare data.
Certifications in BI tools or cloud platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Azure).
Experience implementing machine‑learning or AI solutions at enterprise scale.
Research experience in clinical trials, observational studies, or healthcare analytics.
Publication record in health or clinical‑trial analytics.
