The Opportunity:
Team Liquid is seeking a Social Media Manager to execute social media content and manage community engagement across our Brand, Marketing & Content team.
This role is well-suited for a hands-on social media professional who works effectively in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing day-to-day publishing, live coverage, and community interaction across multiple platforms. You’ll focus on delivering timely, high-quality social content around ongoing team activity, tournaments, and events. This role will primarily support FPS titles and competitive programs, including Counter-Strike, Valorant, and Rainbow Six, as well as broader Team Liquid initiatives.
Working alongside our internal teams, the Social Media Manager will carry out social media plans across Team Liquid’s global channels, including Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord, ensuring consistent coverage and platform-native execution within established guidelines and workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Publish and manage content across Team Liquid’s social platforms, including Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord.
Deliver real-time and rapid-turnaround social coverage during matches, tournaments, and events.
Execute social content plans aligned with ongoing team activity and marketing initiatives.
Engage with fans across platforms to maintain clear and timely communication.
Contribute to Brand and Partner campaigns through platform-appropriate social execution.
Capture and edit short-form social content (photo and video).
Coordinate with Marketing and Production teams to align on deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
What You’ll Need:
1+ year of experience managing social media accounts or community channels.
Strong knowledge of major social platforms and current trends (Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Experience creating and editing short-form social video content.
Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and/or CapCut.
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Fluency in English
You'll Earn Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or social scheduling tools such as Hootsuite.
Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp.
Prior experience working in esports, gaming, or live-event environments.
Fluency in Portuguese
Additional Information:
This role requires flexibility around working hours to assist with live events, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Limited international travel may be required based on event needs.
