Creative Chaos is seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent across various departments. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Create engaging job postings and manage all job advertisements.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to source candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and perform reference checks.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize and improve the talent acquisition process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
- Experience in employer branding and talent marketing strategies is a plus.
