Stolt Tank Containers (STC) is a leading provider of door-to-door transportation services for bulk-liquid chemicals and food-grade products. With a fleet of more than 50,000 tank containers, STC is the only operator with its own worldwide network of 20+ owned and joint venture depots.
We are currently recruiting for a problem-solving and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator with strong negotiation and communication skills to join our team.
What you will be doing
The Regional Inside Sales is responsible for quoting transactional customers, following up, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role also focuses on lead nurturing, converting prospects into new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of the company with the in the assigned region. He or she will also be responsible for the Tender execution and preparation in the system for the whole region.
All duties are to be executed in alignment with STC’s, Safety and Quality Management System (ISO9001, ISO22000, Ecolavados, SQAS Tank Cleaning, CDI IMPCAS, AEO, CT-PAT).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations for clients, ensuring competitive pricing that meets both customer expectations and company profitability goals; Tender preparation and execution in the system.
- Act as the main point of contact for existing and potential customers, handling inquiries and providing information about services; Follow-up on cold leads with by sharing STC relevant content, etc.
- Reporting on monthly quotations issues, measuring win/loss within Region and agree follow up policy for transactional customers.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of customer operations and sales strategies.
- For selected customers and/or countries: Quote creation, updates. Assist Sales in preparation of the various responses to customers tender replies and pricing matrix’.
- Understand the specific logistics needs and challenges within the region to effectively position the company’s services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2 or more years as sales support, or commercial analytics. Experience working with data tools, CRM platforms, or logistics databases is a plus.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in logistics or a related field.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
