We’re looking for a Director, Global HR Systems to take full ownership of our HR technology landscape and lead the evolution of our Oracle HCM platform.

This is a senior, hands-on role with end-to-end accountability for HR systems strategy, delivery, optimisation and governance. You will partner closely with HR, the business, and external vendors to drive efficiency, compliance and impact across global HR operations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning the full HCM lifecycle: roadmap, implementation, upgrades and enhancements
  • Acting as the strategic partner to HRIS vendors and support partners
  • Leading HR systems change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption
  • Continuously improving system functionality, user experience and process efficiency
  • Ensuring audit, compliance, data integrity and security standards are met
  • Maintaining, developing and optimising the Oracle HRIS as the single source of truth
  • Designing and delivering short, medium and long-term HRIS integration and upgrade plans
  • Integrating HRIS with internal and external systems (e.g. website, intranet, LinkedIn, HireRight)
  • Developing business analytics, KPIs, reports and dashboards for the Board and stakeholders
  • Preparing and presenting analysis at key strategic business meetings
  • Owning HRIS governance and periodically reviewing system provider suitability
  • Driving efficient HR processes in partnership with HR, Payroll, GIT, Finance and Marketing
  • Leading process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Creating training materials, SOPs and guides for HR, managers and employees
  • Troubleshooting system and process issues and escalating where required
  • Managing and developing the HRIS Analyst

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience managing enterprise HR systems (Oracle HCM essential)
  • Experience scaling Oracle HCM within a business
  • HR qualified
  • Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement capability
  • Expertise in change management and process optimisation
  • Deep understanding of HR compliance and audit requirements
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with confidence to challenge
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise, work at pace, remain flexible and deliver results
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office capability (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and HR systems
