Team Introduction:
TikTok's Measurement Product team builds experimentation products that help marketers and brands realize their true business value generated by TikTok and across all of their paid channels. Our team drives innovation and performance across our advertising platform by working with cross-functional teams across the globe on products that touch millions of advertisers. We're looking for a Product Manager to continue building our experimentation infrastructure and measurement products.
The Ads Measurement product team is looking for a new member to help build client-facing measurement solutions that enable advertisers to assess the impact of their TikTok marketing on business returns. Through this experience, you will work with cross-functional teams across the globe on products that touch 'millions' of advertisers.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.
Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks beginning in 2026 .

Responsibilities:
- Set the vision, develop the roadmap, build and launch ad measurement products that help advertisers meet their goals and see their true business value generated by TikTok
- Define success metrics and analyze data to inform product strategy and prioritization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and objectives for ad measurement products
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing and Sales to develop, test, and launch products
- Write all technical specs and product requirements for development
