Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:

  • Payroll assistant responsible for managing payroll weekly and monthly
  • Supporting Finance Manager with Local accounting and journal postings
  • Creating and managing Purchase Order (PO) numbers
  • Posting purchase invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Resolving invoice disputes with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate who meets the following criteria:

  • Minimum MBO Level 4 education in a financial or administrative field
  • Maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
  • Solid knowledge of Dutch VAT legislation
  • Basic knowledge of the Work-Related Costs Scheme (WKR) and BUA
  • Understanding of Payroll process & regulatory governmental submissions of the Netherlands
