About this role
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Commercial, Development and Investment (CDI) team in Birmingham. In this role, you will support a large and busy team specialising in development schemes, major acquisitions, and lettings for both landlords and tenants, with a particular focus on helping to manage complex, large‑scale development projects.
The team is made up of senior lawyers, junior fee earners, and paralegals who work collaboratively across a diverse range of clients and matters, offering an excellent environment to develop your skills and gain exposure to high‑quality work.
About you:
We’re looking for someone who will ideally have a law degree and/or LPC and demonstrates some experience working in a legal environment, with any exposure to the Real Estate sector being beneficial, though not essential.

Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a wider team are essential.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, with strong case‑management abilities, which extend to accurate and detailed note taking and excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work confidently within a large team while also using their own initiative when needed. They must be capable of building strong client relationships, demonstrate solid IT skills, and remain calm and effective under pressure.
