Responsibilities

  • Drive business development in the Commodities sector for warehousing, trucking, logistics, and related solutions.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer portfolio.

  • Conduct prospecting activities such as cold calling, meetings, networking, and follow‑ups.

  • Prepare proposals, conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and support contract drafting.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

  • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution.

  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to support business planning and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, security logistics, Third-Party Logistics, warehousing, or related sectors.

  • Proven experience in prospecting, business development, and converting leads into clients.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

  • Self‑driven, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Experience engaging with clients from Banking and Finance Institute would be an advantage.
