
About this role
- Translate product strategy into user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is refined, estimated, and ready for development.
- Partner with development, UX, QA/UAT, and Scrum Master to plan and execute sprints.
- Ensure clarity of requirements, edge cases, dependencies, and functional behavior.
- Validate delivered work meets requirements through UAT and demos.
- Serve as the day-to-day decision maker for the agile team during development.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and escalate when needed.
- Ensure releases are documented, tested, and ready, with supporting content and communications.
- Use quantitative and qualitative insights to continuously improve performance and reduce friction.
- 3-5+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or delivery-focused role
- Strong understanding of agile practices and backlog management
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and UX teams
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Working knowledge:
- Web analytics (GA4), tag management, dashboards (Power BI/Looker)
- CMS platforms (e.g., AEM, WordPress, Drupal) and publishing workflows

Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and scalable content models.
- Familiarity with personalization, CDPs, marketing automation, or CRM integrations.
- Knowledge of headless architecture, APIs, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience managing authenticated experiences (account portals, logged-in journeys).
