Mission:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support and lead agile delivery across Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) product teams, operating in a complex hardware + software engineering environment

You will play a key role in enabling high-performing, autonomous teams developing radar payloads, signal processing, data pipelines, and mission systems, while driving agile maturity and continuous improvement across the organisation.

What will be your responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are efficient, outcome-driven, and adapted to complex SAR engineering contexts.

  • Support Product Ownership: Partner with Product Owners to maximise backlog value, balancing technical constraints, R&D uncertainty, and operational requirements

  • Champion Agile & Scrum: Promote Scrum principles and an agile mindset within deep-tech, systems engineering teams

  • Remove Impediments: Identify and remove impediments across hardware, software, integration, and external dependencies.

  • Enable High-Performance Teams: Foster collaboration between radar engineers, software developers, data scientists, and systems engineers.

  • Transparency & Metrics: Ensure transparency through agile artefacts and tools, using metrics and feedback loops to improve delivery, quality, and predictability.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive improvement initiatives at team and programme level, using retrospectives and data to inform change.

  • Mentorship & Community: Mentor other Scrum Masters and actively contribute to TEKEVER’s Agile Community of Practice.

Profile and requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in deep-tech environments involving hardware + software development.

  • Strong understanding of agile delivery in R&D-heavy and systems engineering contexts

  • Proven ability to work with complex dependencies, long feedback loops, and regulated environments

  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

  • Experience with scaling approaches (Scrum of Scrums, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

  • Scrum Master or advanced agile certifications are valued.

What we have to offer you:

  • The opportunity to work in a leading innovative tech company;

  • A collaborative and dynamic work environment;

  • Professional growth opportunities in a globally expanding team;

  • Competitive benefits and a workplace where your ideas and input matter;

  • Flexible work arrangements;

  • Salary compatible with the level of proven experience
