Our organisation operates within a regulated environment and employs a diverse workforce, including support workers, key workers, team leaders, registered managers and senior staff across two locations, with new services planned to be open in the near future.

  • Support HR policy, compliance and governance by maintaining legally compliant policies, accurate records and audit-ready documentation, and contributing to inspections and governance reviews.
  • Support the development of career pathways, talent management and succession planning initiatives to support retention and workforce stability.
  • Support workforce planning through HR data analysis, reporting and insight, working with senior leaders to inform staffing decisions and improvements.
  • Management of Sponsorship, Immigration and Right-to-Work records.
  • Support pay, benefits and HR administration by coordinating payroll inputs, managing contractual changes, and ensuring timely, accurate HR processes.
  • Support health, safety, wellbeing and culture by promoting staff wellbeing, inclusive practices, and a respectful workplace where concerns are raised and addressed appropriately.
