Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and top-notch customer service. You'll be supporting customer needs with your expert communication skills.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, quotes, and change notices for glass orders
- Provide excellent customer service, answering calls and emails with speed and courtesy
- Track orders and manage special product or order requests in partnership with operations and sales teams
- Perform general office duties
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with glass fabrication processes (cutting, grinding, shaping)
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- 2+ years in a customer service role (glass industry experience is a plus but not required)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- A team player mindset with a passion for success
