We are seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support our in-house Legal Department. This role works closely with the General Counsel, located in Greenwood, IN and internal stakeholders to manage contracts, support corporate compliance, assist with employment law matters, and conduct legal research. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, business-focused, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and manage a variety of commercial contracts including vendor agreements, NDAs, purchase agreements, and service agreements.
  • Support the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, notices, amendments, and recordkeeping.
  • Assist with contract negotiations by preparing redlines, issue summaries, and risk analyses.
  • Conduct legal research on  statutes, regulations, and case law; prepare summaries and memoranda.
  • Assist with litigation  documentation, claims, and legal department reporting.
  • Support employment-related legal matters, including offer letters, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and policy updates.
  • Assist with internal investigations and employee-related legal matters under attorney direction.
  • Support corporate governance and compliance filings, including entity registrations and annual reports.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources, management, and outside counsel as needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience, including 3 years in a corporate or in-house legal environment.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration, corporate compliance, and employment law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365

Preferred

  • Paralegal Certification
  • Experience supporting multi-entity or manufacturing organizations.
