About the role
We’re looking for an HR Project Manager / Business Partner to support Aerones’ growth by building scalable people processes and partnering closely with leaders in a fast-paced, international environment. This role combines HR partnership, project ownership, HR operations, and learning initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Partner with managers and leaders on performance, team development, and employee relations
- Lead HR projects such as process improvements, policy rollouts, and people initiatives
- Own and improve core HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, changes, offboarding)
- Drive Learning & Development initiatives, including onboarding programs, manager development, and skills-building activities
- Support performance review cycles and individual development planning
- Use HR data and feedback to identify risks and improvement opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR Business Partner, HR Project Manager, or similar role
- Solid understanding of HR operations, employment law, and people processes
- Experience managing HR or cross-functional projects end-to-end
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, international, tech-driven environment
- Fluent in English
