The Job:
As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of our Finance team working as a on-site employee.
You’ll get to:
•Day to day activities, Monthly reporting, Forecasting, Cost Roll out, Inventory & Asset Controlling
•Support on month end closure and managing day to day activities & reporting, evaluating variances & assessing the plant results
•Preparing and managing actual, forecast, and budget scenarios throughout the course of the year
•Inventory Control process includes Annual & Cycle count process, review of Excess & Obsolete Inventory, provide corrective measures
•Knowledge of end to end Cost Run (BOM, Credit time, Routing), Standard & Actual Cost comparison including Variance Analysis & OH Absorption along with Annual Cost activities
•Support site Internal Audits assuring minimal findings and timely closure of countermeasure actions
•Support for preparation of periodic Management & Corporate Report
•Independently manage Cost Audit compliance & support during Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, TP Audit & other tax, duty related compliances.
•Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (Key Internal Controls) requirements
•Interaction with Purchase | Planning | Production | Sourcing | Engineering | Affiliate entities
•Interaction with HR based on HR Policy requirement.
•Interaction with Ops controller & Global Finance team for guidance / clarification.
•Interaction with Supplier, Auditor, Bank

•Knowledge of Local GAAP as well as US GAAP
•Working knowledge of SAP – FICO, MM, PP Modules
•Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PPT & MS Word, working knowledge of Power BI
•Strong analytical skills
•Excellent Communication skills, internally & externally both.
•Must be a team player and good business acumen
•A strong example of integrity and ‘Doing the Right Thing’
•Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
