Quality Control Inspector

Our technologies are trusted and deployed across defense, security, civil, and industrial sectors worldwide. We are currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector to ensure that incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods consistently meet defined quality requirements and that preventive and corrective quality measures are effectively implemented and evaluated. Key Responsibilities:Establish, implement, and maintain quality control processes across the organizationPlan, implement, and assess preventive and corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality requirementsPerform inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods in accordance with approved procedures and quality standardsIdentify non-conforming products, conduct root cause analysis in collaboration with relevant departments, and ensure implementation of corrective actionsContribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing and production processes to minimize quality risks and recurring issuesProvide quality-related support to the production department, ensuring adherence to established specifications and requirementsPromote a culture of quality awareness, continuous improvement, and compliance with internal quality processes Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)Experience or strong understanding of manufacturing and production environmentsSolid knowledge of quality control and quality assurance principlesStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsHigh level of analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detailProficiency in MS Office applicationsFluency in Latvian and English, both written and spokenAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities What We Offer:A modern production facility equipped with advanced technologiesCompetitive gross monthly salary of EUR 1,800–2,000Health insurance and children’s accident insurance after the probation periodAccident insurance from the first day of employmentPerformance-based annual bonus programAnnual salary reviewFinancial support in specific life situationsFree parking and company shuttle service (Jelgava–Rīga–Jelgava) We invite qualified candidates to apply and join our team to contribute to the development of high-quality, world-class technologies.
