The Opportunity

As the voice of the Psycho Bunny brand, you will lead the charge in elevating our storytelling and ensuring our rebelliously refined tone resonates across every channel. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, you will own the day-to-day execution of copy for e-commerce, CRM, retail, and PR, seamlessly blending high-impact creativity with commercial strategy. Join us in this highly collaborative role where your editorial craft will influence how we show up at every touchpoint, turning strategic goals into compelling narratives that define our global identity.

Your Daily Adventures

 

• Execute daily copywriting and support the development of brand guidelines to ensure a consistent, rebelliously refined voice across all internal and external channels.
• Conceptualize and craft high-impact copy for digital and print marketing, including newsletters, social media, paid media, and global retail signage.
• Partner with E-commerce, CRM, Social, and Retail teams to optimize channel-specific messaging and ensure brand cohesion at every customer touchpoint.
• Lead the end-to-end product copy process, developing engaging seasonal descriptions, packaging copy, and feature callouts that highlight our premium quality.
• Maintain meticulous editorial standards through proofreading and editing for all cross-departmental needs, including PR, internal presentations, and training materials.
• Stay ahead of cultural, editorial, and competitor trends to drive brand differentiation and support strategic initiatives like messaging A/B testing.

Your Toolkit

 

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a similar role
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in both English and French, with a firm grasp of SEO best practice (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
• Experience in fashion retail is preferred, along with the strategic ability to tailor content to specific audiences and channels.
• Highly detail-oriented with expert-level proofreading, editing, and project management capabilities.
• Autonomous and responsive; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• A motivated team player who thrives on cross-functional partnership.
