West London, Ealing
We are looking to recruit a front of house receptionist to work in a fabulous corporate office building which is a ten minute walk from Ealing Broadway station.
You should be an experienced receptionist taking pride in delivering a first-class tenant and visitor experience. You’ll have a can-do attitude and enjoy being proactive, ensuring any building issues are reported and managed. You will bring personality and efficiency to the building.
Hours and Salary
8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
£32,409 per annum
1 hour paid lunch break
Key Responsibilities
Managing reception- Manage and take ownership of the reception area to ensure the ambience reflects the clients’ and tenants’ expectations
- Ensure a warm, friendly and professional welcome – you will become the ‘face of the building’
- Sign in all visitors to the building following appropriate
- Manage deliveries including couriers and post
- Confidently manage maintenance contractors and ensure any building issues are reported and managed to resolution
- Submit weekly reports on activity to key stakeholders
- Undertake general administration (as required)
- Researching pop ups / events and other agreed initiatives - aimed at creating a community vibe in the building to increase enjoyment for those working in the offices
- Develop relationships with local businesses to find supporting offers and freebies
- Produce a monthly e newsletter for tenants to communicate activities and drive participation
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experienced front of house receptionist and able to deliver impeccable customer service
- Proactive, self-motivated and enjoy working independently
- Can do attitude / team spirit
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Social Media apps and Canva
- Professional appearance and demeanour
