Your new responsibilities
About the Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Systems Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all HR system-related topics, ensuring smooth functionality, data integrity, and continuous improvement of our HR systems.
Job Descriptions :
- System Administration: Manage the design, testing, implementation, maintenance, and reporting for HR systems. Provide training and support to users.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams, global counterparts, and external partners to optimize system usage and processes.
- Project Participation: Contribute to HR IT projects, including scoping, business specifications, implementation, testing, and migration activities.
- HR Community Support: Work closely with local HR teams to identify challenges and provide effective system or process solutions.
- Organizational Management: Advise managers and employees on organizational structure changes and partner with the central team to ensure accurate reporting.
What we look for
Job Requirements
- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information System / Human Resources Management / Computer Science / Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP)
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in HR systems administration or HRIS roles.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and organizational management.
Skills & Competencies
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms, reporting tools, and MS Excel.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable insights.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
