About this role

Medier isn’t just a marketing agency—we’re creative partners to our clients. From digital and social media strategies to PR, influencer collaborations, SEO, programmatic advertising, and CRM, we offer a comprehensive suite of expert services. By combining creativity with data-driven insights, we don’t just deliver campaigns—we deliver results.
Our philosophy is simple — hire a team of diverse, passionate people and foster a culture that empowers you to do your best work. Is it a match? You’re in.

We are looking for a data-driven SEO Data Analyst who goes beyond keyword research to uncover the "why" behind organic performance. You will be the bridge between SEO strategy, data engineering, and conversion rate optimization. Your role is to transform raw data from various marketing channels into actionable insights, build sophisticated reporting dashboards, and collaborate across teams to ensure our organic growth is aligned with broader business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze traffic across various marketing channels to understand the interplay between Organic Search, Paid Media, Social, and Direct traffic.
  • Design and maintain automated reporting systems using Excel (Power Query/VBA) and Google Sheets. Create professional, data-driven decks in Google Slides and PowerPoint to present SEO insights, trends, and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze the end-to-end user journey from search entry to final conversion. Identify specific stages where users drop off and investigate the technical or intent-based reasons behind these shifts.
  • Visualize complex data sets through clear diagrams and charts, translating technical SEO metrics into business insights for executive stakeholders.
  • Proactively monitor and report on search engine algorithm updates, industry shifts, and regional market trends that could impact SEO performance.
  • Act as a communication hub between SEO, Product, Content, and Paid Marketing teams to ensure a unified growth strategy.
  • Define hypotheses for traffic quality, order/supervise A/B testing or pilot traffic runs, and perform post-campaign analysis to determine scalability.
  • Go beyond "what happened" to explain "what to do next" by analyzing data patterns and forecasting future performance.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Power BI: Experience in data modeling and creating visually compelling reports.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, & Looker Studio.
  • Proficient in Google Ads and multi-channel marketing platforms.
  • Mastery of tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.
  • Strong ability to work with large datasets, identify anomalies, and perform statistical analysis.
  • A drive to stay ahead of market updates and "connect the dots" between different data sources.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO Analytics or Marketing Analytics with exposure to PPC, AFF, and Paid Social (iGaming experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in SEO and digital marketing KPIs.
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing conversion funnels and identifying drop-off points.
  • Experience in managing or analyzing paid traffic tests to validate organic opportunities.
  • English B2+.
  • Ability to work the European time zone.
