Role Purpose
Constellation Dealership Software is seeking a technically proficient Offshore FP&A Analyst to provide structured execution support for the Global FP&A team. This role is designed to own the “data engine” of the department managing time-intensive FP&A and BI tasks to ensure onshore leadership has clean, reliable, and fully reconciled data for strategic decision-making across the dealer portfolio.
This role is execution-focused and does not include direct business partnering, people management, or strategic ownership.
Key Responsibilities
FP&A Execution & Data Support
Extract, validate, and reconcile monthly financial data from multiple data sources, including Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)
Support monthly forecast refreshes by preparing data inputs, variance breakdowns, and updating forecast in financial system
Maintain accurate headcount reporting and update standardized FP&A templates and models
BI Reporting, Reconciliation & Data Mapping
Reconcile Power BI dashboards and reports back to Great Plains and Excel-based FP&A models
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies between ERP systems, BI tools, and FP&A outputs
Maintain complex data mappings (accounts, products, dealers, cost centers) to preserve reporting hierarchies
Validate BI calculations, and logic against financial assumptions
Operational Support & Onshore Collaboration
Assist with month-end close analysis and reporting (FP&A perspective only)
Support data migration and reporting transitions for existing and newly acquired Dealer BU’s
Maintain required working-hour overlap with the Canadian team to enable real-time handoffs, reviews, and collaboration
Qualifications
Experience
3–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or BI support
ERP & Systems
Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), Salesforce is highly preferred
Technical Skills
Advanced Excel (Power Query, complex nested formulas, data modeling)
Experience with Power BI, including understanding of data and data visualization logic
Communication
Fluent written and verbal English (required for Canada/US collaboration)
Education & Credentials
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
ACCA (Member/Affiliate) or CA (Finalist) or similar professional accounting qualification is strongly preferred
Mindset
Highly process-driven, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable working extended hours to meet North American time-overlap requirements
