About the Role:
The Data Analyst – Grassroot Specialist is responsible for delivering actionable insights to drive growth, portfolio quality, and repayment resilience across Grassroot products. This role bridges data, business strategy, and risk, supporting decision-making for weekly performance reviews, campaign evaluations, and seasonal risk management
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a data analytics specialist focused on the grassroot user segment.
- Monitor and control acquisition and growth programs targeted at grassroot users.
- Generate insights by interpreting performance evaluation results to develop actionable next-step plans.
- Conduct research to gather user feedback aimed at improving the retention rate of Invest users.
- Support digital financial literacy initiatives for Field Officers (FO) and grassroot users.
Requirements
- Min experience to handling data analytic 3-4 years
- Strong SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with (Looker, superset)
- Solid understanding of growth, funnel, and cohort analysis
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Experience in fintech, microfinance, or mass-market analytics is a plus
- Experienced in creating and presenting analytical reports to internal stakeholders, including mid- to senior-level management.
- Able to lead strategic discussions and contribute data-driven inputs to product development and community initiatives.
- Experience join Data Analytic bootcamp is a plus.
