ProMedia Group is one of Europe’s fastest-growing B2B media publishers, active in logistics, mobility and maritime. With more than 20 acquisitions behind us, we’re now entering a new phase: consolidation, harmonisation, and preparation for international scale.

To support this transformation, we’re hiring a Product Owner to streamline our internal processes. Your work will increase efficiency, reduce costs, clarify ways of working, and prepare the organisation for growth from 150 to 500 colleagues. Important: the work must be performed on-site at our Poland office.

Job Description

As Product Owner, you lead the optimisation and unification of business-critical processes across all our departments.

You work with systems such as Salesforce, Exact Online, Moss/Blue10, WoodWing and various internal tools.

You design end-to-end workflows, improve integrations, and ensure our business support ecosystem is ready for the next stage of international growth.

You report directly to the Operations Director and collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, HR, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

Process Strategy & Vision

  • Harmonise and standardise workflows across the organisation
  • Design efficient, scalable business processes
  • Build the roadmap for process improvement and system development
  • Prepare the organisation for rapid international growth

Execution & Implementation

  • Analyse workflows and identify bottlenecks
  • Translate needs into clear requirements and a prioritised backlog
  • Guide teams during rollouts, testing, and change adoption
  • Manage cross-departmental dependencies

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Align CEO, CFO, HR Director, and operational managers
  • Lead workshops, training, and communication
  • Balance standardisation with regional/brand-specific needs

Systems & Automation

  • Improve integrations across Salesforce, Exact, Moss, WoodWing
  • Safeguard data integrity, security, and authorisation
  • Apply AI to automate workflows, reporting, and admin tasks
  • Collaborate with internal developers and external vendors

Qualifications

Your Profile

  • 7+ years as Product Owner, Business Process Owner, ERP/Process Consultant, or similar
  • Strong background in financial processes (invoicing, purchasing, budgeting)
  • Understanding of HR and operational workflows
  • Experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and ERP/finance tools (Exact Online is a plus)
  • Strong IT understanding: integrations, APIs, data flows, architecture
  • Experience with AI-driven workflow automation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • End-to-end process thinking (lead-to-cash, hire-to-retire, ticket-to-resolution)
  • Structured, analytical, improvement-driven, hands-on
