Job Description
The Floor Supervisor will have complete oversight of the gaming floor during their assigned shift. This individual will be responsible for monitoring the operations of the floor, ensuring tables are running smoothly without error and providing supervisory support to team members.
- Monitor team performance, ensure KPIs and expectations are met
- Work with operations to ensure success of team and operations
- Manage, supervise, coach and motivate team
- Time and attendance maintenance of employees
- Assist with employee relations within the team, including disciplinary cases
- Manage, supervise, coach, motivate and build team spirit
- Work within your own team/s to produce the required results and to meet Company targets
- Analyze employee data and performance
- Manage employee expectation and eventual requests
- Establish and maintain cross departmental cooperation
- Work with internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, Evo Desk, NEVOS, etc.)
- Manage projects and deadlines set by your direct managers
- Propose initiatives and ideas that will benefit the department
- Manage ad-hoc situations which may occur on shift in appropriate manner
Qualifications
- Technically proficient
- High level of organization
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Available all shifts
