Position Description
The Site Security Manager assists the Operations Security Manager (OSM) FSO, AFSO, CSSO and ACSSO in providing day-to-day management of all personnel, security and administrative duties and tasks for the Colorado Springs Security dept. Must be available after-hours for rotating on-call responsibilities. The successful candidate will be expected to assist in maintaining and administering policies and procedures in compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICDs) and NISPOM and will regularly interface with ENSCO program personnel and customers. The successful candidate will study and assist in implementing federal security regulations that apply to company operation; assist in preparing manuals outlining regulations, and enforce established procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. The selected candidate once trained must have the ability to support multiple security environments with diverse security requirements. The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills. Additional responsibilities may be assigned commensurate with performance or due to business needs.

The Site Security Manager will be responsible for operating and maintaining the visitor control center at the ENSCO Facilities. Provide support to the Operations Security Manager (OSM) in all administrative Security functions, while also providing excellent security support to the occupants and visitors at ENSCO’s facilities.

Day-to-day assistance to OSM.

Coordinate with OSM on day-to-day execution of all personnel information contract security activities.

Coordinate daily visitor lists and requests for classified meetings, non-classified meetings involving non-US citizens and conferences to be held within the facility, provide on-site support to meetings and conferences.

Support courier duties, utilizing SIMS to track material.

Complete and submit SCI Nominations to the government for SCI access.

Maintain personnel database, spreadsheets, and files.

In/out process contract employees.

Process outgoing SCI and Collateral Visit Access Request (VAR) and Visitor Access Letters (VAL).

Daily use of government databases, DISS/NBIS/NCAISS/NISS/SWFT and others as directed.

Prepare and Track company access badges; grant access using access control system.
Qualifications Required

Bachelor's or equivalent with 10+ years related experience, including 3 years managerial experience

Must have Active Top Secret Clearance through DCSA

Must have active SCI through SSC and be Transfer in Status eligible

Knowledge and working relationship with SSO's at SSC, SpOC, and STARCOM

Certified CPSO by AF/SF SAPCO

Working relationship with SAP PSO's

SCIF and SAPF construction experience and knowledge

Ability to Assist in planning and paperwork of construction for SSC SCIF's accredited by DIA
-
Must have Experience and have gone through at least 1 DCSA, SCIF, and IG Inspections each

Must possess Strong working knowledge of SIMS, C-CURE, SharePoint, Platform One, and SCInet

Must be Experienced in working with facility access and alarm monitoring equipment

Must be able to create Sub DD 254s and addendums and pass through SSC parties until complete

Must have knowledge of the Colorado Springs security landscape

Knowledge of NISPOM, ICD and SAP requirements for protecting classified information

Have excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills, both orally and written

Working knowledge of DISS, CCTV, and access control systems

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Experience with COMSEC and undergone at least one COMSEC inspection
