Remote
Coho Construction Management is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to join our team in support of a newly awarded contract. This remote role requires travel and supports project schedule review and analysis activities to ensure timelines are reasonable and contract-compliant.
This is a part-time on-call position. It's an estimated 200 hours of work within six months.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Review contractor CPM schedules.
- Assist with schedule updates and progress tracking.
- Review Time Impact Analyses (TIAs).
- Support schedule risk and delay assessments.
- Provide scheduling input to project reports.
Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Required Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of scheduling experience.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
- Scheduling certification preferred.
