What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing e-commerce and marketing operations
- Assist in the preparation of weekly operational performance reports
- Translate and localize global marketing email content for the Korean market
- Support customer excellence activities, including return and refund processing as required
What the team is looking for:
- Strong collaboration skills, including clear and concise communication and effective stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience or demonstrated interest in e-commerce operations and digital marketing execution
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset with a strong willingness to learn in a fast-growing e-commerce environment
- Ability to support website optimization, CRM setup, marketing content localization, customer experience improvement, and performance reporting
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and familiarity with Gen AI tools
- Fluency in English and Korean
