About this role
Imagine a future where everyone has instant, low-cost access to intelligence. At Verda, we’re building a fully featured European AI cloud - a platform for builders, researchers, and enterprises to train, experiment with, and deploy AI models at scale. Our GPUs run on 100% renewable energy, powering a more sustainable AI ecosystem.
We’re ambitious, curious, and gutsy doers. We operate with low hierarchy, high ownership, and a big vision. We’ve grown fast - and after raising $64M in Series A funding, we’re only getting started. This is an opportunity to join early and help shape how developers engage with the next generation of AI infrastructure. As a Technical Project Manager at Verda, you will coordinate and drive the execution of large, complex customer deployment projects and technical initiatives involving hardware clusters.
You will act as the central point of contact across internal teams (engineering, infrastructure, support, product) and external stakeholders (customers, vendors, partners), ensuring delivery runs smoothly, risks are managed, and timelines are met.
Initially, your focus will be on coordinating customer deployments, aligning internal resources, and ensuring clear project plans and expectations. Over time, the role will expand to include deeper ownership of cluster-related projects, including hardware provisioning, cluster team coordination, and delivery of compute solutions.• Competitive cash and equity package, plus benefits (healthcare, lunch, wellbeing, etc.)
• Profitable operations with rapid, sustained growth
• A genuine opportunity to join one of Finland’s few true high-growth technology companies, helping build a category-defining European AI cloud from the ground up
• Work alongside world-class engineers, researchers, and partners across the global AI ecosystem
• A small, high-performing team of around 70 people representing 27 nationalities• Location: Remote (EU)
• Start date: February-March
• Contract type: Full-time
Working language: English• Own and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of complex customer infrastructure deployments, acting as the central point of accountability from planning through to successful handover

• Align and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, infrastructure, support, product, and operations to manage dependencies, priorities, and execution
• Lead customer-facing delivery conversations, setting clear expectations around scope, timelines, technical requirements, and progress throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate hardware and cluster delivery activities, including vendor engagement, hardware provisioning, logistics, staging, and rollout in close collaboration with cluster and infrastructure teams
• Support the delivery and transition of clusters into production, ensuring deployments are well-documented, tested, and handed over cleanly into operations
• Continuously improve delivery processes by capturing lessons learned, refining documentation and workflows, and helping scale Verda’s customer and cluster deployment capability as the business grows• Proven experience coordinating technical projects, particularly customer deployments and/or infrastructure delivery
• Experience with HPC, GPU clusters, hardware delivery, or managing compute infrastructure deployments is a strong advantage
• Strong organisational and project planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks, propose mitigation plans, and adapt to changing priorities
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and support
Nice to have
• Experience working with cluster technologies, high-performance compute environments, or data centre deployments
