Job DetailsJob Location: SEATTLE, WA 98109RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking an Art Director to join for an approximate 6-month project!   This position is a full-time, Monday-Friday position to be based in Seattle, WA.  Candidates must be willing to commute to the on-site location 2-3 days per week.   We are seeking a seasoned B2B Campaign Art Director to lead the design and execution of a digital marketing campaign focused on educating prospective business customers and driving conversion. This role will own the visual direction and production of campaign assets across digital channels, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-impact creative at scale. The ideal candidate brings strong conceptual thinking, hands-on design expertise, and experience managing creative across multiple markets and platforms.   As an Art Director, You Will: Own the production and delivery of graphics and creative assets, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution across all campaign touchpoints. Lead creative development for digital, social, and online advertising, including email and display ads. Support occasional print and environmental design needs, such as signage or digital out-of-home placements. Ensure all creative aligns with established brand standards and overarching business goals. Present creative concepts and design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize deliverables. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including marketing, category, and creative teams to deliver cohesive and effective campaign assets. Manage relationships with external agency partners to ensure smooth execution and integration of creative concepts. Stay current on market trends and contemporary design best practices, applying insights to maximize the effectiveness of campaign creative.   As an Applicant, You Bring: Proven ability to evaluate creative design solutions, identify strengths and gaps, and provide clear, actionable direction. Eight or more years of experience driving creative strategy and execution within an agency or in-house creative environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale. Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
