
About this role
Robert Half is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for its North American Marketing team to be responsible for developing and managing key marketing seasonal campaigns and go-to-market solutions. You will support sales enablement strategies, working closely with cross-functional partners (brand marketing, digital, public relations, internal communications, email, social) to build comprehensive programs. We’re looking for a high energy, innovative thinker with exceptional sales marketing, communication, analytical and project management skills. This role is part of a collaborative team of other marketing managers and reports into the Sr. Marketing Manager.
Specific responsibilities include:
Developing all customer-facing one-to-one marketing materials, programs and tools that the sales team uses to generate business, inclusive of print and digital collateral, one-to-one email communications and signatures, case studies, RFP template design and sales presentations (PowerPoint, PDF or video format.)
Proactively contributing and thinking analytically to improve processes and results
Providing marketing programs, materials, and tools, as needed, to capitalize on new or existing opportunities to grow the business, whether through sales contests, industry-specific campaigns, etc.
Developing the roll out strategy of marketing materials and programs to the field. Specifically, Marketing Managers are accountable for developing successful and creative programs to “market marketing” to the field inclusive of national rollouts via channels, including the intranet, email, social media, and the marketing app. Partner closely with the field marketing team, who “markets marketing” at a local level via their meetings/emails with individual branches, regions, and districts as well as the geo landing pages
Maintaining a robust library of tools available to the field, ensuring that tools are both well promoted and well measured
Measuring and analyzing program ROI and applying key learnings to future programs
Supporting Corporate Services programs that require marketing support, as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years of marketing experience
Experience with developing marketing strategies and programs
Excellent written and oral communication skills required as this role involves a great deal of copywriting for both internal and external audiences
Quantitative analytical experience, including experience with Excel and knowledge in performance-driven marketing
Ability to communicate and collaborate with executive and cross-functional teams
Exceptional customer service skills and a sense of urgency
Deadline-driven with excellent project management skills
Ability to prioritize, organize and execute multiple projects with competing deadlines
Creative problem solver
Advanced MS Word & Excel; Strong Outlook and PowerPoint, SharePoint skills
Experience in B2B, particularly business services, is a plus
