- Lead communication between ONR stakeholders, COR, and development teams.
- Manage Transition-In/Out activities ensuring continuity.
- Oversee CDRL deliveries and ensure quality per QASP.
- Support resource planning and performance tracking.
Qualifications- Required: 10 years DoD IT experience; 5 years project management; Security+ CE; Scrum Master or PMP; database, software, and website management experience. Desired: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent DoD experience.
