- Manage brand social media communities by creating and executing clear, effective strategic plans tailored to the characteristics of different platforms.
- Design community campaigns by integrating trending topics and user interests to enhance content visibility and user engagement.
- Respond to users' comments and messages to foster a positive, active community environment. Identify and nurture brand advocates and micro-influencers (KOCs), and synthesize user feedback for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute robust social campaigns and content plans aligned with the company's marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify trends, measure success, and make data-driven decisions to optimize community engagement.
- Design and implement social conversion pathways to improve community conversion efficiency.
