Job Description Summary : 

Graphic design & production in accordance to Standard Level Agreement (SLA)

Job Description:

Strategic editorial & content planning

  • Support editorial planning and execution of GAR’s content priorities, focusing on content production, editing, and translation across multiple formats, including blogs, marketing materials, and corporate communications.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and audience needs to help shape a more relevant and effective editorial calendar.

Content development & brand guardianship 

  • Write, edit, and refine high-quality content across various formats in both English and Bahasa Indonesian, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and engagement across print and digital platforms.

  • Conduct focused content research, including interviews with subject matter experts, to craft accurate and insightful stories.

  • Translate complex topics into clear, reader-friendly copy

  • Act as brand guardian. Review and refine content produced by contributors – internal or external – before publication.

SEO, AI visibility & performance optimisation

  • Track SEO/AI visibility performance, analyse data insights, and contribute to SEO/AI visibility strategy development to improve GAR’s content visibility and engagement.

  • Apply SEO best practices and digital insights to enhance content reach and organic traffic.

  • Manage multilingual content strategies, optimising translations and localisations for cultural relevance and audience engagement.

Account management & stakeholder engagement

  • Work closely with internal clients to refine briefs, deliver high-quality materials, and keep execution on track.

  • Coordinate with the Social Media Lead to ensure web and social content stay aligned in tone, message, and timing.

  • Collaborate closely with design and digital teams to deliver integrated outputs.

Campaign & narrative building

  • Contribute to campaign planning, working with cross-functional teams to define objectives, messaging, and creative direction for internal and external campaigns.

  • Develop compelling, audience-focused content to support campaign rollouts that are aligned business goals and brand positioning.

Others

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, Content Marketing Manager as necessary.

Qualification:

  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesian

  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to handle several assignments at once.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset suited for fast-changing content needs.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and comfort working across cultures and functions, with a natural team player mindset.

  • Placement in Head Office - Jakarta.
