As the HR Manager, Country Partner for the Philippines, you will co-lead and co-drive the HR Country Partnering model to support the Care Delivery commercial business.
Your Responsibilities:
You will work very closely with the HR Lead, Country Partnering-Philippines in ensuring alignment between people strategy and local business need, supports the global strategy execution, projects and initiatives, thus fostering a culture of engagement, performance, and accountability.
You will support the business-related location specifically on tactical and operational HR matters.
You will co-lead the implementation of policies, programs, and processes that apply to country employees and annual processes such as performance management, merit planning, and execution, bonus planning, engagement surveys, and succession plans.
You will be executing day-to-day high-impact HR initiatives in collaboration with other HR stakeholder groups.
You are a trusted partner providing local knowledge and context on global policies, programs and processes.

You show high competence in software applications relating to human resources such as case management systems and Workday along with the suite of Microsoft Office products.

You exhibit strong business acumen in addition to Human Resources skills.
