This is a high-impact role where your conversations directly build pipeline, drive growth, and contribute to the success of a fast-growing IT and digital services provider.
Based in South Melbourne, this role can be worked either full-time or part-time and we are happy to structure hours around school times for the right person.

The Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and structured lead qualification.
You’ll identify prospects, start conversations, understand business needs, and book high-quality meetings for our Sales team, ensuring every appointment has context, relevance, and genuine opportunity behind it.
Your success is measured by the strength of the pipeline you create.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Cold calling, email outreach, and social engagement to identify opportunities
- Researching SMB and enterprise prospects that require MSP services
- Identifying opportunities within target accounts and client lists
Appointment Setting
- Booking meetings, demos, and consultations for the Sales team
- Ensuring appointments align with real client needs and objectives
Lead Qualification
- Conducting initial discovery calls to assess business needs and decision makers
- Ensuring leads meet clear qualification criteria before handover
Database & Pipeline Management
- Accurately logging all activity and outcomes in Salesforce
- Maintaining an organised, up-to-date pipeline for follow-up and tracking
Sales Team Collaboration
- Providing detailed notes and insights for smooth handover to Sales
- Working closely with the Sales team to support opportunity conversion
Targets & Performance

Relationship Building & Market Awareness
- Building rapport with prospects through ongoing communication
- Staying informed on MSP services, trends, and competitor offerings to improve conversations and conversions
About You
You don’t need to be deeply technical — but you do need to love speaking with people, asking questions, and uncovering opportunities.
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or appointment setting
- Confident, clear communicator over the phone and via email
- Naturally curious and good at qualifying conversations
- Highly organised and comfortable using CRM systems like Salesforce
- Resilient, motivated, and positive in a high-volume outreach role
- Interested in building a career in the IT services industry
